Special Guest, Maureen Staiano
Join us for an Interactive and fast paced program focusing on Managing Conflict with speaker Maureen Staiano.
While conflict is often viewed as a negative, as a Project Manager it is also an opportunity to develop as a professional and gain respect among your peers, project teams and stakeholders. In this fast paced, interactive workshop, we will examine reasons conflicts occur and how conflict can be beneficial.
PMI Mass Bay is piloting a new program in November 2017. This is similar to our traditional Chapter Meeting programming, with a few changes.
Express Chapter Meetings will be held in casual venues and do not include food.
We will start promptly at 5:30pm for networking at the bar and then continue to a private area at 6:00pm for a 1 hour event.
Meetings will start and end early enough to allow our members the option of networking at the bar or going out to dinner after. This will also allow people traveling a distance to catch an earlier train home.
We will continue to have formal Chapter Meetings with dinner as well throughout the program year.
