Exclusive sponsorship at a PMI Mass Bay monthly meeting includes:
- Promoting your company in our meetings/events section on our website and thru monthly membership emails. Our newsletter reaches over 2,500 project managers and our extended mailing list reaches over 5,000.
- Presentation area at our chapter meeting or event featuring information on your company.
- Acknowledgment of your business during the sponsored meeting includes credits on our one-hour slide show and an introduction of your company's representative during the meeting event.
- Sponsors are given access to the business cards that are collected at the chapter meetings. This is typically done as a raffle or drawing for free future dinners (paid by sponsor) or other items sponsor may wish to give away.
Typical Meeting Day Schedule:
5:00 - 5:30 Sponsor display setup
5:30 - 6:30 Networking hour and sponsor exhibit
6:30 - 7:15 Dinner and networking for the sponsor's representatives
7:15 - 7:30 Chapter announcements, acknolwedgement of the meeting sponsor including introductions of the sponsor's representatives. Drawing conducted for sponsor's three dinner giveaways.
7:30 - 8:30 Chapter presentation
8:30 - 8:45 Meeting adjourns
A typical meeting sponsorship is $775 and usually includes (beyond the benefits listed above):
- Exclusive sponsorship of a single chapter meeting
- Two dinners for your two representatives to network during dinner
- Opportunity to give away up to three give away prizes and to receive the business cards collected that evening
