  • Supports transformational initiatives relating to technology, data, and digital innovation, including communicating the value proposition to leadership and the business.
  • Develops in-depth understanding of business operations and workflows to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Provides project management leadership on various projects of a complex, technical nature.
  • Plans, implements, and maintains projects and project schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.
  • Manages project teams to deliver against project deadlines and hold the teams accountable.
  • Ensures timely and accurate communication with stakeholders throughout project implementation; regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables.
  • Identifies and monitors project risks, and develops mitigating actions where necessary.
  • Provides thought leadership and resolves issues to drive a project to successful completion, involving business stakeholders as necessary.


  •  Bachelor’s degree
  •  5-7 years of experience in strategic project management
  •  Construction management or related field preferred
  •  Experience with technology, data analytics and business intelligence projects required
  •  Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  •  Experience with Project Management processes and tools; must be flexible and adaptable to project specific needs
  •  Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  •  Ability to structure, analyze and solve complex problems with creativity
  •  Strong customer focus and relationship management skills
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
