About the Role: • Manage all aspects of trial/solutions deployment on AG Mednet product offerings. • Manage Operations Engineers, Project Managers and other staff as needed, as well as directly managing selected trial deployments. • Develop and maintain close relationships with trial managers and investigator sites to facilitate current and future projects. • Respond to users with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy. • Manage technical contributors in an environment with changing priorities. • Coordinate the transition from work order signing through trial initiation to facilitate seamless interaction between customers, sales, and operations. • Work closely with Business Development Managers to coordinate account expansion and penetration. • Establish processes for increasing site adoption, including the design of training services and associated materials. • Develop, implement, and maintain all processes and process documentation relating to the deployment of configurable end-user products • Ensure all records pertaining to SOPs are created and maintained in a timely fashion.
Education/Work Experience: • BA/BS with minimum of five to seven years of Project Management experience in software implementation, or within the clinical trials/life sciences arena. • Proven track record of successful training results with ability to clearly instruct and direct others. • Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation and organization skills. • Ability to maintain effective working relationships cross-functionally. • Good listening skills, collaborative, team-oriented, and highly-organized. • Proactive, self-driven, able to work well in an unstructured environment while meeting all deadlines. • Possess solid computer skills, expert-user with Microsoft Project, (proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx). Experience in AGILE development environment preferred • Certification as a Project Manager preferred.
