Bose Corporation’s Professional Systems Division is seeking a Software Program Manager to support Electronics products (Amplifiers, Controllers) including embedded Firmware and Software GUI development.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will take on the management of key projects with the goal of developing quality software products that deliver demonstrable benefits to customers, on time and within budget.
As a program manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Must have a track record of successfully managing cross-functional software teams in the development of applications for electronics products, as well as experience in a technical role in developing embedded products.
In addition, experience in the following areas is required:
Education / Certifications / Work Experience
-BS in an engineering discipline required; MBA or Masters in Engineering preferred.
-PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus, but not required.
-Certified Scrum Master certification or other Agile certification is a plus, but not required.
-Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the software development life cycle, preferably within embedded electronics. In addition, at least 5 years of experience in program/project management of related products with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept phase through start of production.
